Rent Instructions

Rent is due on the first of each month. Please make out rent checks, cashier checks, or money orders to HOPE and mail the rent to the address Lotus Property Services, Inc. 4157 East Live Oak Ave, Arcadia, CA 91006. Include your name, address, unit number, and best contact number.

Rent payments to Lotus can also be submitted online via the Appfolio Tenant Portal. Please contact Debby Garcia for any issues regarding rent payment at (626) 582-8001 ext. 110.
