HOPE Managed Properties

Rent is due on the first of each month. Please make personal checks, cashier's checks, or money orders payable to Home Ownership for Personal Empowerment, Inc. and mail the rent to the address
P.O. Box 80719, City of Industry, CA 91716-8415. Include your name/provider's name and address.

Maintenance Request Instructions

When placing a service request, it is important you state that you are calling from a HOPE Inc. property, the contact’s full name, property address, and phone number.

For standard maintenance requests, during normal business hours (9 AM to 5 PM) Monday through Friday, please contact Alltime Maintenance at 323-209-2500 or via the web at www.alltimemaintenance.com/contact/, or via email at maintenance@alltimemaintenance.com.

For after hours maintenance requests that can not wait until the following business day (weekdays after 5 PM and before 9 AM, and on weekends) please contact AAA Maintenance at 877-722-2435, via the web at www.aaafacilityservices.com/contact/, or via email at Service@AAAFacilityServices.com. Please note that additional fees may apply for after-hours or weekend requests that are not an emergency.
